Sunshine Coast Chamber Alliance Strategic Priority

One of the Sunshine Coast Chamber Alliance strategic priorities is the development of small and medium businesses on the Sunshine Coast to fulfil their true potential.   We are a not-for-profit program run by volunteers to benefit members of our local Chambers of Commerce.  

To assist in the development of small businesses across the Sunshine Coast the Business Mentoring Program has been created.

The Business Mentoring Program operates to a simple set of values:

​having our mentees’ best interests at heart at all times.

Partnering with Volunteer Sunshine Coast

With Volunteer Sunshine Coast (VSC) and the Sunshine Coast Chamber Alliance (SCCA) having a common goal regarding the provision of a mentoring service, VSC views this partnership as the ideal opportunity to assist in providing suitably qualified mentors from their extensive volunteer base.

VSC is an independent not-for-profit organisation committed to building the local community sector and providing volunteering services on the Sunshine Coast. 

As a single point of reference for over 32,000 volunteers, 3,500 host employers, local community groups, organisations and Council, VSC facilitate, support and place volunteers wherever needed.

Drawing from a large, experienced and growing pool of volunteers, a natural extension and utilisation of extensive skill sets, is to undertake mentoring services in collaboration with individuals, community groups or businesses. These volunteering assignments may also expand to being skilled, temporary, replacements or even Board members for NFP organisations.
